Energy Savings Agreement
Our Silver State Heating and Air Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) provides you with regular system upkeep. It’s a twice-annual planned check-up. We come out and inspect your system to make sure everything is running properly. The agreement is designed to meet or exceed all manufacturer and extended warranty requirements for system maintenance and surpasses the Federal Government Energy Star recommendations. A maintenance agreement will keep your system running at its peak.

Silver State Heating and Air offers discounted labor rates on all repairs for ESA customers. We also provide discount rates for seniors and Military.

Longer System Lifespan
As with any mechanical equipment, maintaining your equipment and having regular checkups done, just like a vehicle, will keep it running properly and may surpass the expected lifetime of the equipment, which run 15 to 20 years.

Having an unmaintained HVAC system makes the equipment run harder. Without regularly changing filters and having your ductwork checked, and equipment cleaned, the air quality can become overly dusty, pet dander and other contaminants can be harmful.
